Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery within Klang Valley and Selangor Area only
- Delivery will be made on every Tuesday and/or Thursday;
- You may contact our team to arrange any urgent delivery; and
- Kindly allow 2 – 3 working days for us to process your order.
Delivery outside of Klang Valley and Selangor:
- Kindly speak to our team to arrange for delivery outside of Klang Valley and Selangor before placing any order online;
- We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed before any prior agreement with the team.
Self pick-up:
- Kindly allow 2 – 3 working days for us to process your order;
- Our team will inform you once your order is ready for pickup; and
- Time slot available for self pick-up: Weekday from 230pm to 5pm.
Disclaimer
We do not provide specific time deliveries. However, you will be receiving delivery status update from us once your orders are ready for pickup and when your orders are out for delivery by or our collaborative dispatcher. You are require to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery as we are not liable for failed delivery. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.
In the event that we require additional lead time to process your order, we will inform you via the email address you provided to arrange for another delivery time.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services which the sale or use of such product and/or service in your state or jurisdiction is restricted or prohibited.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
Returns & Refund Policy
Delighting customers is our ultimate aim. We always strive to deliver fresh products at its best condition and on time.
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we offer refunds or returns if the products are expired, damaged or wrong item delivered provided that the customer flagged Megah Mee Sdn Bhd within 1 hour upon successful delivery, together with proof of order, payment and delivery of the items and photo proof of expired item or wrong item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
