Megah Mee’s Frozen Udon has been cooked and undergone blast freezing to lock in its moisture and ensure that the udon remains tender, smooth and chewy. These white, tubular noodles give you a smooth and tender texture while complementing other fresh ingredients in a bowl of steaming hot broth.
Serving Instructions:
Soup Noodle
- Prepare your desired soup and bring it to boil
- Cook the noodles in the boiling soup for 10 minutes or until done to your liking; and
- Ready to be served.
* Do not defrost the noodle
Fried Noodle
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes or until done to your liking;
- Drain the noodles;
- The noodles can be stir-fried or be mixed with seasoning sauce; and
- Ready to be served.
