Megah Mee’s Udon has a smooth, thick, tubular shape, and has been pasteurised in high heat to preserve its chewy and stretchy texture. They can be served within minutes with dashi-based sauce or stir fry with some meat and vegetables.
Serving Instructions:
Soup Noodle
- Prepare your desired soup and bring it to boil
- Cook the noodles in the boiling soup for 10 minutes or until done to your liking; and
- Ready to be served.
Fried Noodle
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes or until done to your liking;
- Drain the noodles;
- The noodles can be stir-fried or be mixed with seasoning sauce; and
- Ready to be served.
