1. Order Policy

When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.

By completing your orders, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that Megah Mee Sdn Bhd is processing your order via the email address you provide. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until Megah Mee Sdn Bhd has issued this email confirmation.

2. Delivery Policy

(a) Delivery Option

Delivery will be made on every Friday for orders confirmed before Thursday 3pm. We do not provide specific time deliveries. However, you will be receiving delivery status update from us once your orders are ready for pickup and when your orders are out for delivery by or our collaborative dispatcher. You are require to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery as we are not liable for failed delivery. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.
Currently, we deliver within Klang Valley area only. In the event that we require additional lead time to process your order, we will inform you via the email address you provided to arrange for another delivery time.

(b) Self Collect Option

If you have opt for self collect option, you are obligated to arrange your own transportation to collect the orders from our factory based on the preferred date and time slot as selected by you during the check out process.

Please be informed that Megah Mee Sdn Bhd requires at least 3 working days to process your order and you will be receiving a text from Megah Mee Sdn Bhd once your goods are ready for collection. In the event that Megah Mee Sdn Bhd is unable to meet your selected date, Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will inform you via the contact number you provide.

• 1400 to 1600

3. Returns and Refund Policy

Delighting customers is our ultimate aim. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd always strive to deliver fresh products at its best condition and on time.

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of our products, Megah Mee Sdn Bhd is unable to accept returns. However, Megah Mee Sdn Bhd offers refunds or returns if the products are expired, damaged or wrong item delivered provided that the customer flagged Megah Mee Sdn Bhd within 2-3 hours upon successful delivery.

You can email to Megah Mee Sdn Bhd at digitalmktg@megahmee.com immediately together with proof of order, payment, delivery order and photo proof of the product, investigation and further action will be taken accordingly. Kindly note that Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will not entertain any reports made 2-3 hours after the successful deliver as it is unreasonable to judge from the condition that was captured 2-3 hours after receiving.

It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the products are kept in the right condition as Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will not be liable for recipient’s neglect towards the products. Please ensure that the chilled products are kept refrigerated upon receipt of the products.

If for any reason Megah Mee Sdn Bhd made a mistake such as expired, damaged or wrong item delivered, please contact our customer care at digitalmktg@megahmee.com to inform us. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd will send you a replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If Megah Mee Sdn Bhd offers you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. Megah Mee Sdn Bhd has no influence over these timescales.

Megah Mee Sdn Bhd accepts all major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) for payment. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can also opt for online bank transfer (FPX) or e-Wallets (GrabPay, Boost & TnG)

Prices and Additional Charges

All prices exclude delivery charges and Sales and Service Tax. Circumstances beyond our control

Adverse weather conditions

During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain, storm, typhoon, and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and Megah Mee Sdn Bhd cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, Megah Mee Sdn Bhd isn’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Force Majeure

Megah Mee Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, or any other causes beyond our control.
