Megah Mee’s Nama Udon is a classic Japanese wheat flour noodle made in a way that can withstand high heat for a long period of time without sacrificing its bouncy texture. Most suitable to be used for Kal-guksu dish.
Serving Instructions:
Soup Noodle
- Prepare your desired soup and bring it to boil
- Cook the noodles in the boiling soup for 10 minutes or until done to your liking; and
- Ready to be served.
Fried Noodle
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes or until done to your liking;
- Drain the noodles;
- The noodles can be stir-fried or be mixed with seasoning sauce; and
- Ready to be served.
